The hotel had a clean and comfy room, perfect for my family. We enjoyed the cozy lounge area where we could relax and unwind. However, the breakfast situation was quite disappointing since they advertised it but didn’t serve any. The fitness center was also closed during our stay, which was a letdown. I think the staff needs to improve communication about amenities promised versus what is currently offered. It would be better if they ensured everything was ready before renting out rooms. Despite these issues, we felt safe during our stay, and the staff were consistently friendly, making check-in easy.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfy, which was perfect for our large family. We were ideally located to explore local shops and eateries, making our stay convenient. My kids loved the breakfast options too!

Check-in was super quick, and I loved the cozy lounge where I could kick back while watching TV. There are also perfect sun loungers if you want to soak up some rays. One tiny downside was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊
